About the Role
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance our brand presence and engage our diverse audience. Reporting directly to the Head of Digital Marketing, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to create and implement campaigns that drive customer engagement and support business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative social media strategies that align with Amazon’s overall marketing objectives.
- Create engaging and high-quality content across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media metrics and campaigns' performance, adjusting strategies as necessary for maximum impact.
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments and messages, and fostering relationships with key influencers and brand advocates.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to design and implement integrated marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in social media and digital marketing, and integrate best practices into our strategies.
- Manage the social media budget and allocate resources effectively to achieve optimal results.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate for the Social Media Manager position will possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies.
- Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a simple and engaging manner.
